Strokers is a private member app for approved users. This page explains what information we collect, how it is used, and what choices are available to members.

Information we collect

• Name, display name, email, password, phone number, and member number.
• Profile details such as avatar photo, hometown, handicap, and privacy settings.
• Check-ins, round participation, vibe statuses, and beverage cart request details.
• Push notification tokens and device metadata needed to operate the app.

How information is used

• To create and manage approved user accounts.
• To support live member activity, rounds, and beverage cart workflows.
• To send notifications to selected friends and service participants.
• To maintain security, admin controls, and app operations.

Visibility and notifications

Only your selected friends receive your push notifications. Members may also choose privacy settings that limit live-feed visibility so they appear only on their friends' live feed.

Photos and avatars

If you upload a photo, it is stored and displayed as part of your profile inside the app. Images may be resized or compressed to improve performance.

Beverage cart requests

Beverage cart requests include details such as your location, hole, request text, member identity, and request status updates so the request can be fulfilled.

Account removal

Members can request account removal through the app or by contacting lukem2183@gmail.com.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed to operate the app, support administration, and address legal or security obligations.
